The excellent breakfast was served in the garden. Location: the hotel was near the tourist area, the gardens and Dam square very near to resturant and coffee shop. Stayed there for trip and had a fantastic experience, so I would like to stay here on the next trip.

The exquisite concierge service tailored unique experiences, and the delicious breakfast options delighted each morning. I experienced slight confusion during check-out, which detracted from the overall impression. I'd gladly return for the luxury ambiance!

My room included central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The hotel's location was very central, by an INCREDIBLE garden. Besides, it was near many attractions and the city centre and all sightseeings.

Fantastic stay in Amsterdam!
The decor is fine, especially the lounge areas. Plus, the staff gave great tips on where to explore. Dinner via room service was great! Just wish the bar had a bit more lively vibe at night.

We loved exploring the canals and visiting the Rijksmuseum while staying at a great hotel. The concierge was really good and helped us plan our itinerary easily. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. Highly recommend the tea experience!
The only downside was the mediocre breakfast selection. Some of the pastries were cold and not appetizing.

Really good Service and Luxurious Comfort
The hospitality was great. The Premier King Room was fine, filled with natural light and equipped with luxurious amenities, including a spacious bathroom with heated floors. Breakfast at Peacock Alley was an experience in itself, offering delicious made-to-order dishes. The only downside was the limited availability of certain spa treatments , which I would have loved to try.
